I had been suffering from lower back issues for a handful of years on and off. When the pain was consistently bad, I knew I had to get into Physical therapy. What Hayden did to help me was truly amazing and magical! They helped me figure out what I was doing to trigger my back pain in the first place, then helped me learn to be mindful of not doing it, and taught me exercises that helped me gain strength. I wish I had found Hayden’s practice sooner. It would have saved me years of stiffness and pain. Going to physical therapy was something to look forward to because I was motivated to take better care of myself. I always learned something new that helped me manage and prevent my back pain. My sessions have ended and I haven’t felt this good in years, literally. Needless to say, I highly recommend Hayden!

Dr. Hayden honestly changed my life! First, they do not take insurance and this almost made me not consider them as an option but they were willing to work with me on payments and explained the reasoning behind it and I am SO glad I decided to go to them for treatment. After my spinal stenosis diagnosis (in my early 30’s) I was told by a physical therapist that I should really never lift any weight over 20lbs again. I was devastated to hear that because weight lifting is the only workout I have actually enjoyed. Dr. Hayden had a totally different opinion and approach: strengthen the muscles that need to be strengthened to protect the injury, provide stabilization, and perfect your form so you CAN weight lift. And: pain is often a sign of weakness rather than a need for rest. I am so grateful that I found someone who approaches physical therapy in the way they do. On top of all of this, they have a friendly and genuine demeanor and made me feel like all of my concerns were valid. I am back to lifting weights and LOVING IT.
